On March 30, 2022, the President of Romania promulgated the law on the cancellation of additional tax obligations established as a result of reclassifying the amounts paid by Romanian employers to their employees as compensation during the delegation, secondment or development of their work in other states, and it will enter , therefore, in force in a very short time (ie within 3 days of publication in the Official Gazette).
