The new disruptive players on the telecoms market are the biggest strategic challenge facing companies in the sector, says more than 37% of IT executives, Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) questioned in the EY report - Digital transformation for 2020 and beyond. Almost three respondents out of four (74%) place it among the top three challenges of the industry, alongside the lack of flexibility of the organization (47%) and return on investment (37%).
