As a result of this investment, over 9,000 newborns born in the nine wards and compartments will benefit annually from better quality care and treatment or optimal transfer to a higher level ward, when the situation requires it.
The Vodafone Foundation has equipped nine neonatology and neonatal intensive care departments and compartments in Romania with medical equipment and related equipment worth over 2.1 million lei, in the third stage of the national Newborn Life Fund program.
