Meet the WOMAN! is a business networking event which takes place monthly and addresses both entrepreneurs and women who work in companies and are specialized in a field.
„It’s not enough to become an entrepreneur and assume your new role unconditionally without knowing how it changes you and what consequences it has on your life and psyche. Together with Madalina Balan we will try to focus on the lesser known aspects of entrepreneurship and also differentiate them from the ones in management”, stated Alice Botnarenco, Women in Business founder and president.

Madalina Balan is specialized in organizational psychology and is a senior consultant and Managing Partner at HART Consulting. With over 13 years of experience in organizational behavior, as trainer and consultant, Madalina is certified for the Hogan Assessments methodology, being a trainer in Romania and the Republic of Moldavia for this methodology, Leadership Versatile, 360 feedback and commitment measuring. She is an assessor, project manager, coach, consultant for projects related to leader development, talent management, team efficiency and organizational analysis for HART Consulting.

ABOUT WOMEN IN BUSINESS
Founded in 2009 by Alice Botnarenco, the Women in Business organization develops projects which address entrepreneurs and women who work in companies. In 2012, she represented Romania at Global Summit of Women, the largest international economic forum for women, relaunched the www.femei-in-afaceri.ro website, positioned as an information portal with information from the female business environment and created the first online business platform for Romanian women.
Initially an online community, Women in Business has now over 2000 members on its LinkedIn group and a few thousand participants at over 200 business networking events which took place during its 5 years’ existence.
