The Bucharest Court of Appeal decided to cancel part of the decision nr. 98/27.12.2011 of the Competition Council, namely the part dealing with the fine imposed on the plaintiff, by reducing the value of the fine from 10,997,366 RON to only 1,000,000 RON.
The decision is final, but the Competition Council can challenge it in front of the Supreme Court.
The decision of the Bucharest Court of Appeal was obtained through the joint efforts of a mixed team of lawyers specialised in competition law and litigations formed by Andreea Cojocaru, Catalin Suliman and Ana-Maria Iordache, and coordinated by Sorin David, Managing Partner, D&B David si Baias.
