The Central Depository informs the investors that, between 01.07.2020-03.07.2023, it distributes dividends to the shareholders of SIF OLTENIA S.A. (symbol SIF5). The issuer will distribute to the shareholders the dividends related to 2019, using the national service launched by the Central Depository. The value of the gross dividend per share is 0.10 lei.
