According to a study made by doingbusiness.ro and EY at IMM ReStart – Discover your potential, over 50% of the questioned managers think that the most important thing in business development is the tax level.

The study was based on 121 answers received from local managers and entrepreneurs and also shows that bureaucracy (41.3%), uncertainty and local economy (over 36%) are major obstacles for entrepreneurship development.
