Smart ID Technology acquires the Business Solutions division from HTSS, consolidating its position in the integrated digital solutions market

Smart ID Technology, a Romanian company specialized in end-to-end automation solutions, announces the acquisition of the Business Solutions division of HTSS, with the support of private equity fund SARMIS Capital. This strategic transaction aims to take over both a valuable team with solid experience in the architecture, development and delivery of customized software solutions, as well as two own software products: the automatic shift planning solution Shiftin and the eLearning platform Mindclass.
