The detaching of workers between the Member States of the European Union (EU), in the context of transnational service provision, remains at the center of public debates, both due to its practical implications, given that it establishes rules on the main form of worker mobility in the EU, as well as the rights it intends to guarantee and which, in this field, are in conflict.
