Only one in ten employers intends to adjust the gross salary in the context of the elimination of the tax exemption for employees in IT, construction and agriculture and expects a decrease in employee motivation and a higher staff turnover, according to the results of the HR Barometer survey conducted by PwC Romania during 14 – 20 January 2025.
