Péter Barta, CEO Post-Privatization Foundation (FPP) about Bissada model

When it comes to education and training by traditional methods, we all have a picture of the next steps but when it is about an already established successful career, leading valuable teams or being a self-employed, then it might rise the need for a different approach in learning and trainings.

The interview with Péter Barta, CEO Post-Privatization Foundation (FPP) covers the choices to be taken in continuous learning and about the novelties in education within local market landscape. He is the one to have developed Romania Business Mentoring Program in 2011 (BMP), a program run under a special principle: first test and then decide if it is worth implementing.

For 2013, the news is that BMP benefits from the presence of two teachers from INSEAD and Bissada, a prognosis exercise for business.
