According to Agerpres, more than half of the Romanian employees work in office buildings, but only 15% of them have a flexible working schedule and can carry out their activity at home or in co-working spaces, shows the results of the report "Work: Space & Time, "published by Crosspoint Real Estate.
The research carried out by Crosspoint Real Estate also reveals that for the Romanian employees the most important characteristics of the workplace are: the comfort of the work area, the quality of the air and the light, the temperature and the noise level.
