CONTEXT

During the last days, a series of ordinances were published in the Official Monitor in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, among which the Emergency Ordinances no. 34/2020 and no. 35/2020.

Additionally, during the day of March 31, 2020, the long-awaited level of the specific excise duty for cigarettes, applicable from April 1, 2020, was published.
