UniCredit Tiriac Bank has granted a loan investment worth 30 million investment to the NEPI fund for refinancing Lakeview office building

The financing has a maturity of 5 years.

Lakeview office building was completed in 2010 and bought by NEPI in early 2013. Located on Barbu Vacarescu, Lakeview has a lettable area of ??25,000 sqm, with an occupancy rate of 100%. Among the building's tenants are PricewaterhouseCoopers, Huawei, Colgate-Palmolive, Royal Bank of Scotland.
