Schuldschein issue was overwritten, exceeding the initial value of 100 million euros

Medicover AB (publicly listed company) successfully placed its first Schuldschein issue (business financing instrument, specific to the German market), totaling 120 million euros, with tranches in euros and maturities of five, respectively seven years, fixed and variable rates.
