Marius Bostan: We want to bring on the stock exchange start-pops up and SMEs from IT&C; the banks have not appetite for the financing of these businesses

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) and the Communications Ministry want to bring on the stock exchange start-ups and SMEs in the IT&C sector which have projects, but do not have enough funding given that the banking system has no appetite for financing this type of business said on Friday the Minister of Communications, Marius Bostan, on the occasion of the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Ministry and the BVB, reports AGERPRES.

"The target is to bring start-up companies on the stock market and SMEs, the companies that reached a turnover of several hundred thousand have projects but do not have enough funding.


The IT sector is very difficult to get the financing. If you have a larger project must finance people, salaries, intelligence, patents, software. These are difficult pledged.Then, trust is what finances and market rules.


Given the possibility of obtaining a plus value for investors, I believe brokers will go after this business in the coming years. In Poland, such a project has been successful. There are IT companies that were listed and were successful. We only bringing forth an opportunity for investors " and at the same time, a valuable financing solution ideas," said the Minister of Communications.
