Paval Holding owns Dedeman, the largest DIY retail chain in Romania, and is active in several strategic sectors. The acquisition of Praktiker Hellas marks a significant step in its international expansion strategy, aiming to strengthen its presence in the region.
The transaction included both the national Praktiker store network and the associated real estate assets. The KPMG teams provided full assistance throughout all stages of the transaction, including legal, tax, financial and technical due diligence, as well as legal support for the drafting, negotiation, and signing of the transaction documents.
