King moves into Opera Center Office Building

King, the leading interactive entertainment company for the mobile word, leased an office space of 1.700 m2 in Opera Center, which will host the company’s Creative Studio in Bucharest, Romania

Part of the Swedish Group King, the Bucharest Studio was opened in 2011 and recorded an exponential growth on the Romanian market. Thus, by the end of 2014, in the new office from Operei square will work over 110 people.

 

King's employees in Bucharest develop and test some of the most popular and best selling  online games, such as Bubble Witch Saga or the no. 1 game for Facebook and mobile, Candy Crush Saga. Colliers International assisted King in finding the suitable real estate solution for the most pressing business needs of  the company – its accelerated expansion and talent scout in a highly competitive market disputed by major  games developers.

King’s relocation was assisted by the law firms DLA Piper, on behalf of the tenant, and Fenechiu Savu & Asociatii,on behalf of the owner.
