Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) announced today that it has reached a final agreement for the acquisition of the Division of Central and Eastern Europe of TRBS Group, one of the most important value-added distributors in the EEC and CIS, specialized in enterprise IT solutions.
The Division RRC EEC, based in Poland, in Warsaw, offers partners an extensive array of services that include logistics, education, technical support and marketing services, but also a portfolio of leading solutions focused on networking, security, IT infrastructure, auto ID products and services from leading global manufacturers such as CISCO, IBM, EMC, Zebra and Avaya.
RRC EEC has operations in Poland, Romania, Hungary, Serbia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia and Albania, and through this acquisition Ingram Micro will significantly increase the presence in the region, anticipating revenue growth of over 250 million dollars annually.
