Entries for 2016 CEEQA awards for business excellence and leadership in New Europe real estate now open

Entries are now being accepted for the 2016 edition of CEEQA, the main industry awards for commercial real estate investment and development across 18 countries in Central & Eastern Europe and Southeast Europe organised by CEE Insight Forum in association with the Financial Times.

 Entry forms are available in the CEEQA website, the deadline for entries is 19th January.


The awards for the best new projects, best performing companies and outstanding industry professionals in the sector during 2015. The aim of CEEQA is to encourage and recognise business excellence and leadership, and to showcase the achievements and opportunities of the sector to the global investment arena. The awards are judged each year by a panel of jurors selected from senior management representatives of market leading companies active in the New Europe real estate market place through a detailed and rigorous procedure, online and offline, closely supervised by Deloitte. They are widely trusted as the pinnacle of achievement in the project of building the future of New Europe. [see Appendix 2 for jury list].


2016 CEEQA@Mipim: New Europe on the Global Stage


The shortlist for the 2016 awards in 22 categories, as well as the winners of the year’s four RealGreen awards, will be announced at the CEEQA@Mipim New Europe cocktail next March, the focal point for sector leaders at the Mipim global real estate fair in Cannes. Prior to the announcements the 2016 edition of CEEQA@Mipim will host its annual Insight Summit From Future Office to Musical Chairs examining how current social changes will affect the role and nature of the work space in the future and what this has to do with challenges and opportunities in the New Europe office market today.


2016 CEEQA Gala: Making Waves


One of the most important dates in the European real estate business calendar with its invigorating mix of elite business, exclusive hospitality and world class entertainment, the annual CEEQA Gala is the climax of the CEEQA awards and events cycle each spring. The gala dinner and awards ceremony is attended by over 700 real estate business leaders from more than 50 countries and in recent years has hosted live performances by the likes of Hot Chocolate, Kim Wilde, Bananarama, Edyta Gorniak and Sister Sledge.


The 2016 edition of the New Europe property sector’s flagship annual gathering will take place once again at SOHO Factory on Warsaw’s post-industrial east bank. Tickets available on the CEEQA website.
