Electronic invoicing becomes officially mandatory, from July 1, for B2G transactions

Invoices must be sent in electronic format through the national system RO e-Invoice (RO e-Factura), in relation to state contracted authorities, the so-called B2G relationship, starting with July 1, 2022, following the publication of Law 139/2022 for the approval of the emergency ordinance 120 / 2021.
