DPD Romania reports turnover over 45 million lei in 2012

International parcel delivery operator DPD Romania stated a turnover worth 45.3 million at the end of 2012, a 26 percent growth over previous year, the company announced today.

The company owned by Geopost group ended last year with a turnover exceeding 45.3 million, while in 2011, the company attained a tunover worth 36 million lei. The growth of 26 percent exceeded the company’s estimations that anticipated a tunover evolution of 15 percent y-o-y. In 2012, the company said it invested around 1.2 million in softwares and high-end technology focused on B2C deliveries.

 


For this year, the company forecasted investments over 600,000 Euro in technologies and operational improvement. For this year, the company states a growth of 18 percent for the turnover.
