There are advantages of outsourcing: a higher rate of claims recovered, a better productivity of the team which can focus its efforts on the basic activity, the protection of the brand. There are also risks assumed by default, such as a lower control over the entire process of collection", stated Cristina Gheorghe-Coros, Senior Business Consultant, Customer Service School during the 6th edition of the Credit Risk & Debt Collection Forum.
