With almost seven years of business law experience, Andra is specialized in Corporate M&A and Employment Law. Over the years, she has provided legal assistance to representative companies in Romania and at an international level, with activities in diverse industries such as Infrastructure, Media and Retail. The projects she has been involved in over recent years helped consolidate her professional profile within the French business community.
She will be a part of the team coordinated by Partner Nadia Badea.
Andra graduated Bucharest Law School in 2008 and holds a Business European and International Law LL.M (Master of Law). She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since January 2009.
