More than 70 % of the traded surface area of the 330,000 square meters, respectively, is the new demand (new contracts, pre-rent). The share of the total new demand has increased over the same period last year, which is reflected in the rates of the low vacancy rate. The renegotiations and renewals of contracts have accumulated 126,000 square meters of industrial spaces and logistics.
