Mihai joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2011 and has a strong background in Property and Facility Management, with more than 9 years of experience. During his career, Mihai managed more than 300,000 sq m of office, retail, residential and logistic buildings, working for companies like Aviva, AIG/ Lincoln, Prologis and Facilitec Romania.
From 2011, Mihai has led the team in charge of the management of America House - Bucharest and ERP Promenada Mall - Targu Mures. Currently, BNP Paribas Real Estate manages approximately 90,000 m2 of leasable area in Romania. BNP Paribas Real Estate opened in Romania its Property Management business line at the beginning of 2011 to strengthen its position on the Romanian market and extend the synergies with the other business lines: Transactions (letting and sales), Valuation and Consulting.
