BCR - Perspectives on real estate market in Romania

Two-room apartments are the best sellers while internet will be the first choice in advertising the real estate offers, are some of the findings of a study conducted by BCR on local real estate market

Also, the bank said that the critaria in choosing a real estate offer are the price and the year of construction. The overall real estate market in Romania will see a stabilization regarding the prices and number of transactions in the next future.

The two-room apartments tops the searches, marking 33 percent within the current transactions,while the 3-room apartments state for 21 percent. The houses/ villas represented 15 percent of total transactions in the last period.
