BCR Banca pentru Locuinte (BCR BpL) consolidated in 2012 the leadership position on the sector of saving-lending banks in Romania, recording significant growth in terms of number of clients, savings deposits and total assets
The bank ended 2012 with total assets of approximately 1.5 million ron, with approx. 58% more than the end of 2011. BCR Banca pentru Locuinte portfolio grew from 250,000 customers at the end of 2011, up to approx. 304,000 customers at the end of 2012.
