The Austrial group Real4You said it would build commercial centers under the same umbrella of Mega Mall in cities as Satu Mare, Focsani and Targu Mures, with lettable areas between 18,000 and 22,000 sqm and anchored by supermarkets and hypermarkets. In Romania, Real4You built 21 MiniMax discount stores and 3 retail parks under the brand Family Centers.
