Adriana VASILE is agraduate of the Faculty of Economic Studies, University of Craiova (specialization Management) and she holds an ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting.
She is a member of the Romanian Chartered and Certified Accountants Body (CECCAR), being an expert accountant, currently completing the ICAEW Finance, Accounting and Business Certification program.
Adriana boasts a 6-yearexperience in the accounting field, working with Mazars all this period. She was involved in handling a range of tasks from bookkeeping to management and financial reporting and tax compliance tasks. She has performed at the client’s premises, where she had the responsibilities of a chief accountant, such as: supervision of accounting processes and procedures within accounting department.
Her expertise focuses on the accounting of companies operating particularly in domains such as construction services, IT industry, pharmaceutical industry, editing books, etc.
Gabriel Sarbu is a graduate of the Faculty of Accounting & Financial Management of “Spiru Haret” University in Bucharest.
He boasts an over 8-year experience in the economic field, out of which over two years in accountancy and almost six in tax advisory while working with Mazars.
As a tax consultant, Gabriel has been involved in several projects covering profit tax, transfer pricing, non-residents’ income tax, value-added tax and others. His activity has mainly focused on tax assistance to local and international companies operating in industries such as electric power and natural gas, banking, leasing, car building and maintenance.
Gabriel is a member of the Chamber of Romanian Tax Consultants and he is currently attending the Certificate Stage of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Denisa Benga’s expertise focuses on M&A, Litigation / Arbitration and Competition matters.
She has successfully represented clients in M&A projects and related transactions.
Also, she has obtained favourable decisions for a significant portfolio of clients represented before the courts of law. As for the competition area of practice, Denisa has been involved especially in identifying competition related risks in respect to the execution of commercial agreements, M&A projects representing clients during down raids of the competition investigation teams and along the investigation procedures, preparing the defense and representing clients also during the judicial stage.
Before joining our firm in 2007, Denisa was especially involved in the settlement of commercial disputes by amicable means, arbitration, litigious procedures of common law, as well as in assistance on enforcement proceedings.
She is a graduate of the Law Faculty and member of the Bucharest Bar Association, having also a master degree in Business Law.
