Mrs. Grzelonska joined the company in 2008 as Marketing Services and Communications Director, and since then has held senior commercial roles. She was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Nationale-Nederlanden in Poland in 2014, playing a key role in advocating the customer view, steering the organisation to create relevant customer experience and being instrumental in repositioning NN in the bancassurance channel.
Mrs. Grzelonska has an extensive knowledge of the Central and Eastern European insurance market and she has a proven track record of driving change, connecting people, and delivering on strategy.
As CEO of NN Romania, Anna Grzelonska will lead the Romanian Management Team focusing on strengthening NN Life Insurance Romania local successful business presence.
