The Board of Directors of Alumil Rom Industry S.A. has appointed Kleanthis Efkarpidis as General Manager and member of the Board of Directors, effective October 9, 2026. The change follows Marius Ionita’s resignation, with the termination of his mandate agreed upon by both parties. Marius Ionita thus concludes his tenure at the company after 25 years, the last eight of which were spent as General Manager. Alumil Romania’s operations continue without interruption, in line with the company's development strategy.
"I am assuming this responsibility with the objective..." stated Kleanthis Efkarpidis, the incoming General Manager of Alumil Rom Industry S.A.
