AFI Properties:
Company's net income increased by 12%, to EUR 18.4 million, in the first three months of 2013.
AFI Properties, through its subsidiary, AFI Europe, which fully owns, conducts activities in 7 countries in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and South-Eastern Europe (SEE), among them the Czech Republic, Serbia, Germany and Poland. Romania is, however, the country where the company is currently focusing most development activities.
AFI Europe:
AFI Palace Cotroceni, the largest and most profitable asset of the company, registered, in operational terms, a 10% increase in net income in the first quarter of 2013, compared to the same period of last year, up to 6.9 million euros.
AFI Europe continues its strategy of developing a strong cash flow. In the next period, the company's efforts will focus on the completion of two projects, the commercial center AFI Palace Ploiesti and AFI Park 2, the second A class office building in the business center AFI Park Cotroceni.
