AFI Palace Ploiesti Mall announces an occupancy rate of about 90%

AFI Europe Romania has leased about 90% of AFI Palace Ploiesti, the first and only modern mall under construction in downtown Ploiesti, which will open on October 3, 2013

New leases that were signed recently include Koton, the famous international fashion brand, which has leased 1,000 square meters in the fashion corridor. Koton joins a long list of fashion brands, entertainment, leisure and services, which have recently signed leases, such as Smyk, Vicina, Hello Kitty, Sabon, Carturesti, Jack and Jones, Braiconf, Leonardo , Kenvelo and more.
