A new company’s listing on the BVB alternative trading system (ATS)

Shares of IMSAPROIECT Bucharest (symbol IMSP) will start trading on the BVB alternative trading system (ATS) on Tuesday, June 24, 2014.

IMSAPROIECT is supplying complete insulator strings for aerial networks, glass insulators, porcelain insulators and composite insulators, and fittings for insulator strings for aerial networks and stations. The company, also, delivers turn-key installations for photovoltaic applications, floor heating and frost protection.

"It is a challenge to have on ATS a company whose activity is so connected with the energy sector, considering its dynamics. And it is a path for a sound company to open itself to a broader range of investors, improve the quality of information for decision-making and increase visibility among its peers. ATS is an incubator for those companies willing to grow and promote further to the regulated market", said Ludwik Sobolewski, BVB CEO.

Shares will be traded on Tier I-ATS. IMSAPROIECT is the second company admitted to trading on this tier.
Also, IMSAPROIECT is the fifth company listed on the BVB alternative trading system, where are listed also Transilvania Leasing IFN Brasov, Fides Capital Bucharest (former Pro-Vorbas), SIF Imobiliare PLC (registered in Nicosia, Cyprus) and Premia Finanziaria SPA (registered in Catania, Italy).

By listing the company's shares on the BVB ATS market, current shareholders plan for development of the company in terms of transparency and visibility. This creates the possibility that the company IMSAPROIECT to become well known in the market, to obtain financing, to grow on the exchange and to advance to the regulated market. The first issue of new shares, to be sold via a public offering, is planned in 2015.
