The survey was conducted in the last round of the series of events IMM ReStart - Discover your potential , which included in 2015 the businesses Brasov , Arad, Sibiu , Pitesti, Iasi , Galati, Oradea and Targu Mures .
According to a study conducted by EY Romania and doingbusiness.ro within the national project IMM ReStart - Discover your potential , after questioning the business environment in Bihor county and surrounding counties , the conclusion was that the most important obstacles in business development for entrepreneurs and managers are the tax level , bureaucracy and uncertainty.
