During this session, the companies must submit a preliminary documentation and after the evaluation, based on the scoring (number of new jobs, the period when the jobs are created, non employment rate of the district, rate of profitability) the selected companies will present the business plan.
The total period of evaluation will take around 6 months.
Are eligible both existing companies with a rate of profitability of minimum 1 or new companies with a social capital of minimum 35.000 RON.
Depending on the region the jobs are created, the percentages are:
15%-Bucharest
35%-Ilfov, West (Arad, Timis, Hunedoara, Caras)
50%-the rest of Romania, not refundable from the cost with the salaries for 2 years.
Small and medium companies are obliged to maintain the jobs for 3 years, big companies for 5 years.
IT, call center, production, BPO, health are some of the financed activities.
The Scheme is coordinated by the Ministry of Finance, Department of State Aid and will have a total buget of 600 mil euro; for this session the budget will be 200 mil RON, around 45 mil euro.
