The post-pandemic economic recovery is capturing the attention of policymakers around the world during this period. Expensive plans are announced and ambitious targets are reached to reach over 20, 30, 50 years, but it does not seem to give enough importance to those who, sooner or later, will be called to take over the implementation of these plans, to lead to fulfilling the commitments and, last but not least, managing the adaptation of the society to the future evolutions.
