The adoption of new regulations on the exploitation of natural gas in the Black Sea, more favorable than the previous ones, seems to unblock the investments for the effective start of exploitation, with benefits on multiple levels: prospects of additional budget revenues, profits for companies, creation of new jobs and closeness to the country's much-discussed energy independence, but most of the benefits will be visible only after offshore gas reaches the market.
