The world's economies seem to have stood honorably in the face of the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, due to the unprecedented financial mobilization of the strongest states and international organizations and, above all, the massive concessions on indebtedness, the opposite of the previous crisis, when it was relied on austerity.
