The particularities of the war economy for Romania, a country on the eastern flank of NATO

Any analysis of the evolution of the conflict on Romania's northern border, which started eight months ago, will highlight at least four essential needs of the national economy: (1) the need for military equipment, ammunition and other military equipment accessories; (2) the need for infrastructure - port, aviation, railways, highways, energy, telecommunications; (3) the need for cyber security, to deal with potential cyber attacks on the critical infrastructure of telecommunications, energy and, last but not least, (4) the need for qualified human resources.
