According to the most recent survey conducted by eJobs.ro and Up Romania, 34% of employees express dissatisfaction with their current job, while 7% declare themselves very dissatisfied. At the other end, 54% of the respondents say they are satisfied, and 6% very satisfied with the work environment and the stage in which their career is.
