With generative models, Artificial Intelligence is no longer a marginal element in the management of organizations – it is becoming an essential component of how leaders operate, decide and influence. The transformation that AI brings to leadership is not superficial or technological in the strict sense, but deeply cultural and structural. We are at a moment of inflection, in which the question is no longer whether AI will change leadership, but how deeply and in what direction.
