The first fiscal package adopted by the current government comes with a series of important changes regarding the taxation of gambling, both at the level of participating individuals and at the level of economic operators in this field. At the same time, a series of changes are made to the regulatory framework in this field, ensured by Ordinance 77/2009, as we will briefly explain below.
