The authorities have made further clarifications regarding the procedure to be followed and the notion of independent expert

The taxpayers who can benefit from the financial restructuring provided by Ordinance 6/2019 regarding the establishment of tax facilities have received a longer period for submitting the notification regarding the intention to apply for restructuring.
