The use of Ro e-Invoice has become mandatory, from July 1, 2022, for economic operators established in Romania

Companies encounter various difficulties and uncertainties in the implementation of electronic invoicing (the Ro e-Invoice national system) and are still reluctant that this is the optimal way to issue invoices, according to a PwC Romania survey.
