PwC HR Barometer: The share of companies anticipating staff reductions in 2025 has increased compared to the same period last year

The share of companies predicting a reduction in the number of employees in the following year increased to 11% in January 2025 from 2% in January 2024, results from the HR Barometer survey, conducted by PwC Romania.
