The Order approves the list of Romanian standards relating to personal protective equipment (PPE) harmonised with the European standards the list of which has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union, series C No.395, on 20 December 2012.
This Order abrogates Order No 983 / 2008 of the Minister of Labour, Family and Equal Opportunities that approved the list of Romanian standards in harmony with the European standards concerning personal protective equipment, which was published in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Part I, No 790 / 26 November 2008.
