Jobs study: 2020, the hardest year for Romanians, from a professional point of view

For 2021, they set out to change jobs, continue working from home or take professional retraining courses. For the first time, the lowest percentages were allocated to the intention to work abroad or to open their own business

"The hardest of my career", "full of uncertainties", "full of challenges" or even "scary" - these were some of the characteristics that the participants in the latest eJobs study gave to 2020. 18% they answered, however, that the pandemic was easier to cross than they initially expected, and 15% say that last year brought them a series of pleasant surprises.
