The provision of intragroup services is one of the most frequent transactions between affiliated persons. Currently, the vast majority of multinational companies, especially subsidiaries of large groups, purchase a wide range of intra-group services, in order to streamline or centralize their activities (eg: administration, IT support, strategic management, financial or commercial, human resources , legal services, etc.).
